Sleepy Hollow Pinot Noir tells the story of our estate vineyard when integrated with new French oak. Pleasant notes of black cherry, vanilla and nutmeg combine with characteristics of raspberry and plum for a smooth, mouth-filling texture. Velvety tannins are livened by a sprightly acidity for a complex wine that leaves a lasting impression.
