Description
In 2021 weather conditions allowed for a rare opportunity to peel off some selections of the noble rot. The resultant wine is an Auslese level Riesling. Since we are not allowed to use this term, I have opted for the numeric code instead. Hopefully the Germans are okay with this. The more common “late harvest” label just doesn’t do the wine justice. Enjoy now or over the next several decades. It also lasts well open for a week or more.
